Dr. Harris spent years researching and patenting the benefits of creatine for muscle building when he turned his attention to muscle carnosine. Dr. Harris began testing other ways to increase muscle carnosine and discovered that ingested CarnoSyn® beta-alanine combined easily with naturally occurring histidine to form muscle carnosine.
